Because we specialize in personalized apparel and custom printing services (including DTF, UV, and sublimation printing), you may have the ability to upload your own designs, logos, and artwork.

Copyright and Ownership: By uploading a design, you guarantee that you hold the legal rights, copyrights, or necessary licenses to use that image. YouS2 is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement arising from designs submitted by customers.
Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse to print any materials that we deem unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that violates any party’s intellectual property.
License to Print: By submitting a design, you grant YouS2 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the content strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your custom order.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. Due to the nature of custom printing on apparel and physical goods, please note the following:

Color and Placement: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the nature of printing inks on different fabric textures, we cannot guarantee that the final printed colors will perfectly match your screen. Slight variations in print placement may also occur.
Modifications and Availability: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
