Thank you for visiting and shopping at YouS2. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing and Production Time
Because we specialize in personalized apparel and custom printing services (including direct-to-film, UV, and sublimation), most of our products are made-to-order specifically for you.

Custom Printed Products: Please allow [e.g., 3-7 business days] for your custom T-shirts and printed apparel to be produced, quality-checked, and packed before they are shipped.

Ready-Made & Clearance Items: Non-customized items, blank apparel, or items from our clearance sales are typically processed and shipped within [e.g., 1-3 business days].
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing and production may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.
We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [e.g., 5-7 business days] after production.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or severe weather conditions. Please note that choosing Expedited Shipping only speeds up the transit time, not the custom production time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has finished production and has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
YouS2 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our printed products so they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within [e.g., 7 days] of delivery. Include clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. YouS2 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
